You can book a driver through our 24x7 helpline number, our mobile app, or
directly via the "Book Now" button on our website. We recommend booking at
least 2 hours in advance for local trips and 12 hours for outstation trips.
Yes, safety is our priority. Every driver at Super Driver Service Centre
undergoes a rigorous background check, police verification, and driving
skill assessment before they are onboarded.
For bookings between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a night allowance of ₹200 is
applicable in addition to the base hourly rate. For outstation trips,
different flat rates apply.

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled time are free.
Cancellations made within 1 hour will incur a ₹150 convenience fee.
Terms of Service
1. Introduction
By using the services provided by Super Driver Service Centre - 24x7 ("Company", "We", "Us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all bookings made via phone, app, or website within the Kolkata metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
2. Service Limitations
- Our drivers are provided for your personal or commercial vehicle only. We do not provide the vehicle itself.
- The vehicle must have valid insurance, PUC, and registration documents.
- The Company is not liable for mechanical failures of the vehicle during the service period.
3. User Obligations
The user must ensure the vehicle is in roadworthy condition. Any tolls, parking fees, or fuel costs incurred during the journey are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner/user.
